Criteria

Quotes are provided prior to services
with rationale for fee. Fee considerations
include:

Program (or project) budget
Program complexity
Geographic location(s)
Due date
Length of contract
Size and tax identification status of organization
Resource and staffing requirements

The quote DOES NOT INCLUDE acceptable expenses such as postage,
phone calls, mileage, materials, and meals as defined by State/Federal
per diem rates. Prices can be negotiated according to individual needs,
length of contract, scope of services, and business structure. Discounts
available to small non-profit organizations, and for longer term contracts.

Types of Quotes

Flat Rate Assignments:
The flat rate assignment is based on the criteria above. A 50% deposit is
required to start, and the balance is due when the assignment is complete.

Daily Rate Assignments:
For daily rate quotes up to 5 days, advance payment in full is required.
For daily rate quotes that exceed 5 days, 50% deposit is required to start,
and the balance is due when the assignment is complete. The daily rate is
based on the criteria above.

Hourly Rate Assignments:
For hourly rate quotes up to 24 hours, advance payment in full is required.
For hourly rate quotes that exceed 24 hours, 50% deposit is required to start,
and the balance is due when the assignment is complete. Hourly rate is based
on the criteria above.

Evaluation Proposal Writing:
For detailed evaluation plans for funding proposals:

Generic template $50
Comprehensive evaluation plan for specific proposal TBD

Exceptions:
Contracts negotiated with large institutions/organizations or 8(a) agencies
may waive the requirement for advance payment in lieu of an executed
company purchase order.

Contracts negotiated with long-term clients may waive the requirement
for advance payment and the company is billed at agreed milestones for
specified amounts.
