Senior Consultant

Dr. Bernice Taylor is an experienced evaluator
who has served as principal investigator for a
broad range of program evaluation and research
projects. From 1995 through 2003, Dr. Taylor
served as the Associate Director of DePaul
University’s Egan Urban Center. Upon early
retirement from DePaul University, she established
Bernice Taylor & Associates as a program
evaluation and Logic Model consultancy.
Dr. Taylor is a registered Evaluation Consultant for Chicago Public Schools
(CPS) and the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. She is a member of the American
Evaluation Association (AEA) and the Chicagoland Evaluation Association.
BTA is certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) as a Small
Disadvantaged Business (SDB) with 8(a) eligibility.

Associates

BTA associates are drawn from a pool of independent consultants
nation-wide who provide specific evaluation, statistical and technical
skills as required by individual contracts.
